December 8, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #21 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #4 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE PINE VIEW SCHOOL HVAC AND INTERIOR RENOVATION PROJECT Description The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional architectural and engineering design services for campus decorative and chain link security fencing. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $24,715.00. These funds are available through the project budget. Recommendation That Amendment #4 to the Agreement dated September 2, 2014, with Seibert Architects PA for the Pine View School HVAC and Interior Renovation project be approved as presented.
